“I believe our relational experiences significantly impact our health and wellbeing, including the therapeutic relationship. When we feel less alone in our experiences of pain and distress, we can more easily connect to ourselves and others in a way that supports individual and collective health. Within a safe space, and through an attuned relationship with ourselves and others, we all have the power to tune into our instinct towards healing.”
Gina is passionate about walking beside her clients, undoing their aloneness, and has a strong sense of justice, advocating with passion for her clients. She works with families, couples, and individual adults, teens, and children.
Because of Gina’s diverse training and background, she can move easily between deep therapeutic work, parent coaching, and individual skills training, making her an unusually versatile therapist. Gina moves with openness and curiosity in engaging with clients about their personal experience of neurodiversity, understanding that it is different for each person and family.
Gina is sensory informed, neurodivergent affirming, LGBTQ+ allied, culturally sensitive and attachment focused therapist who strongly believes in the transformational process of making sense of our experiences in the context of relationships where we feel deeply seen, heard, and understood.
