Elizabeth Gillespie, MAC, MEd, LMFT
Family, Couple, and Individual Therapist
(she/her)
“I have found that very little impacts us as much as our ability to form and maintain close and satisfying relationships. My joy as a therapist is to bring both my humanity and my expertise to help shift the way my clients are able to love and be loved by their significant others. To be part of that process has been one of the greatest joys of my life.”
Elizabeth brings warmth, humor, and vulnerability into the therapy room, recognizing how challenging it can be to pursue a different relationship with our loved ones and with ourselves. She is committed to her clients feeling safe, supported, and cared for as they navigate change and healing. In addition to earning a certification in EFT, she is extensively trained in Accelerated Experiential Dynamic Psychotherapy (AEDP), an attachment based, emotion- focused model of change. She works with couples, adults, and families.
Outside of the therapy room, Elizabeth thoroughly enjoys being outdoors, but has been limited in her ability to hike and run since contracting long-covid in 2020. She devours books, is obsessed with old homes, and loves filling her home with people. She moved with her family of 5 to Colorado from the southeast in 2013. She has been married for 19 years, and has personally experienced the beauty and pain of a long-term commitment to someone you love.
Elizabeth is not accepting new clients at this time, but join her waitlist and we will contact you when she has availability!
